The drive is a straight shot south on US-63: from the MU campus or downtown Columbia, follow US-63 South toward Jefferson City, cross the Missouri River, then connect to Highway 50 West to the West Stadium Boulevard medical corridor — roughly 32 miles and about 40 minutes door to door.
